Notes: One of several duds that helped finish off Margaret Lockwood’s big screen stardom, this film couldn’t even last longer than a fortnight at the Athenaeum. After that Hoyts gave it a perfunctory suburban release in which it steered clear of the working class districts and was hidden away on Tuesdays supporting Cover Up. Ranked 8th for average metres travelled and 12th for Tuesdays as a % of its total engagements.
