Notes: One of two Australian films to be released to Melbourne suburbs in 1950 (the other being Into the Straight) and by far the more successful, this drama ranked 43rd for the year due to a wide number of Hoyts screenings including a substantial amount of weeks and a nice handful of Saturdays. No exceptional standouts in the rankings, just strong, solid figures across the board. One Last Fling was its usual support.
